When clicking on an attachment in RTC, a pop up window displays advising that "preview" for this file type is not available. 

Exactly what file types DO support the preview . I can't find any reference to this in any materials.

I think you are referring to the "new attachment feature" in RTC 5.0.1.

yes thanks .. I figured it was just PDFs as we confirmed that worked, but the user had included Word Docs and Excel spreadsheets which prompted to download and returned a rather large dialogue box with "preview not permitted on this file type"  .. couldn't locate a reference to exactly what was supported.  Thx
