Error in "Move Model to design management "

After Installing the Simulink manual importer ,try to connect the RDM server but getting the error message "Failed to connect to DM Server".

If any body has the solution please reply.

We will need some more information:
which URI are you using?
What log exception do you get?
Are you able to access the web?
