Importing a process template

I have a situation where I imported a process template into new repository from an existing repository. The process template shows up in the Process Template View....but....when I try to create new project area off of the project template, I think new project template doesn't show up. Does anybody know what I am missing?

I have never seen that problem. Unless someone else on the forum has run into it before, you'll probably want to work with Rational Support to track down why it is happening in your environment.

also never seen this.. What RTC version?

and to make sure, you actually export to ZIP, then import the ZIP into the other system, right?
