RTC with WAS using Active Directory Authentication

 We have configured RTC with WAS using Active Directory Authentication.

When the user is mapped as Mapped users under
Enterprise Applications > ccm_war > Security role to user/group mapping it works fins and can logged in to ccm application but when the user is mapped as Mapped groups (the group in Active directory which the uses is a member) the user is unable to log in with this error.
Invalid path to authentication servlet.: /

The Environment is Windows 2008 R2, WAS 8.5.5.0 and CLM 5.0.1

Any suggestions

In the WebSphere IBM Console, if you go to the "Users and Groups" -> "Manage Groups", and search for the group there, can you find it?

 Yes, i can find the groups and the users also, but it seems that the user was added in the group after the permissions could it be the issue?

It should not be the issue.
Was the user added to the group directly, or indirectly as a part of other Jazz group?
