Document or link to understand RTC in depth

Hi All,
I want to understand how RTC manages files internally, how it manages components, how it manages history and other core concepts. I read the official documentation of RTC and it doesn't core concepts in depth.

Could anyone share any link or document?

I don't think any of that is documented..

the system is totally object oriented, and stores all content in a SQL database, not as files in the file system.
source content is stored as sets of changes, and a 'version' is reconstructed from the changes as needed.

Thanks Sam for reply, but i think there should be some document where the internal working of RTC might be documented. Can anyone else help me on this.

Or any helpful blog on this?
