Attribute Dependency Relationship

Team,

I have a requiirement where the source attribute is drop down menu and one of the value is Other.

Now when i select Other it should give me the Text Field where i can type.

Is it possible?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Team,

I understand that Attribute Dependency works well when project area is self master- Own Process area.

But when configured with Master-Child, I am unable to have this dependency behavior. When i say Master- Child (Master- Where we do the configuration/process, and Child is pointed to Master- Process sharing).

Can we have Attribute Dependency for Master-Child Methodology.

 Hello,
was rejected,
I would try to use Read-Only Attributes For Condition,
and make the text field editable only if value selected is "other"
