Problems when loading my RTC repository project in eclipse: Refreshing

Good morning,
Each time I load my RTC repository project to my workspace it appears the following exception:

Problems refreshing on external ignore file change
Couldn't find children of /SmarterParking : Resource '/SmarterParking' is not open.
Resource '/SmarterParking' is not open.
Resource '/SmarterParking' is not open.

Afterwards, my project is loaded but when I try to open it in my workspace it opens just for a second and then closes and never allows me to access it. Its weird as in my workspace folder in desktop is already there but I'm not able to open it in my package area in the eclipse so I can't work on it.

I've tried everything: accept a new tam invitation to the project, download everything again, create new workspace, try in different computer and something is happening with my access to that project. Its nothing wrong with my user because I can access perfectly to other projects that I belong to, is just this one.

Also I will like to add that when i right click the project, and select team, I no longer have the options o check in or deliver, it just allows me to add a patch.

It also happens to other member of the team, but the others can proceed perfectly.

I hope anyone has a solution to this.  Thank you very much in advance, i will appreciate much your help.
