I have created an IR which had a wrong workflow, I fixed the workflow, but how can I fix the workflow of already created IR?

You will need to identify what was done to "fix" the workflow. If you modified the process configuration of the project area, then that new workflow applies to all the existing work items. If part of the fix for the workflow was to remove some states, and one of the existing work items was in that state, then you would need to transition the work item to a new (valid) state.
