Advanced Properties save error in Application Administration - CCM (/jazz)

I'd suggest checking things relating to the teamserver.properties file on the RTC server.
- Sufficient free space available on the volume or file system that contains
- Permissions on the <jazz_install>/server/conf/ccm/teamserver.properties ( i.e. can it be written )
- Check also that the ID that is executing the application server ( tomcat it appears ) also can write the file
