 Hi,

Is the "Subscribe to Query Feed" feature available from Web UI?
If so where and can it be updated with real time changes of the query result?

 Hello Golan,
it is currently not possible,
and should be addressed with Surface Atom query feeds in the Web UI (25532)

If not, is it possible at least to get mail notification per customized states (which are not init/close)?

 Hi,


Trying my luck again :-)
  • Is it possible to connect RTC query feed path to outlook RSS?
  • About the user subscription matrix, are there any dependencies between Owner/Modifier/Subscriber in the context of changing customized states? For example, i see that when i select the "other state change" checkbox i get notification as modifier but not as owner.
  • I also see that the creator is auto subscriber. Can it be changed to the owner (for the case the creator is automation)? Can a group of people be auto subscribers?
