Has anyone else had issues with a cached page coming up when you click on a dashboard tab in RTC?

We are on version 5.0.  Once in a while when I click on a tab on the dashboard in RTC, it brings up a cached page.  It has brought up recently opened tasks, queries and dashboards.  I can go back to the same dashboard and try to click on the other tab again and it will bring me back to the cached page.  I have found a workaround.  If I end up with this issue, then I can go to the Dashboard, refresh the page and then it will allow me to click on the tab and bring up the correct information.  Has happened to us on multiple computers, running both IE versions 9 and 11. 

Has anyone else run into this issue?  Know how to fix it??

We are on 4.0.6 using IE 10 and have multiple users on multiple computers having the same issue.
