We have some scheduled builds running everyday. I looked at one of the build which ran today and found out that the build logs were missing. The tab "Log" is missing in the build result.

What kind of build? To know exactly what happened you would need to look at the JBE/BuildForge log, but its still likely that the problem is the build exited before the logging happened. This doesn't necessarily mean a failure, just that the build exited before it could log.
