Errors in running services for repository component

Hello,

we are running on M3a and in the Web Admin UI following services have problems. (This occurs also directly after unzipping and startup on Windows and Linux)

Model: com.ibm.team.repository
Services:

com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.IItemFetchRestService3
com.ibm.team.repository.common.service.IItemFetchRestService

com.ibm.team.fulltext
Services:
com.ibm.team.fulltext.common.internal.service.IClientTestService

Could you explain what are this services used for? Is it an intended and known behaviour in M3?
