Unable to login into RTC after installing the software
Hi,
I am not able to login into RTC. I get an error stating thet invalid UserID or Password. I have checked and re-checked. I am entering the right credentials. Can someone pls guide me as to ho do I solve this problem?

If the user can login in the Web UI, I have to assume this is an issue with either the network or the Eclipse client.
If you have not set up a valid ssl certificate, you need to trust the server in the first steps with the Eclipse client. I assume you used https://myserver:myport/ccm URL to login. Aniruddha Parlikar selected this answer as the correct answer

Please provide a description what you did to install. The steps you have already taken, E.g. if you ran the setup already. Which application server and database you use.
If someone was able to login. What the error in the Server log looks like.
I am using Rational Team Concert Client for Eclipse 4.2.x IDE. Version 4.0.3
I used Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (Eclipse Client)
The error is CRJAZ6023E cannot login into server because Invalid user ID, password or both were supplied
CRJAZ0105E The request for the following URL was denied: /ccm/jauth-issue-token.
The status is unauthorized

Can you login with the credentials in the Web UI?
Yes. I ran the setup and this is the final step in which I am facing this problem. However, I am able to login in the Web UI
