I am not able to login into RTC. I get an error stating thet invalid UserID or Password. I have checked and re-checked. I am entering the right credentials. Can someone pls guide me as to ho do I solve this problem?

If the user can login in the Web UI, I have to assume this is an issue with either the network or the Eclipse client.
If you have not set up a valid ssl certificate, you need to trust the server in the first steps with the Eclipse client.
I assume you used https://myserver:myport/ccm URL to login.

I used Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (Eclipse Client)
The error is CRJAZ6023E cannot login into server because Invalid user ID, password or both were supplied
CRJAZ0105E The request for the following URL was denied: /ccm/jauth-issue-token.
The status is unauthorized
