Filter files during load of a repository workspace

Hello,

Is there an easy way in RTC client to filter automatically some files during
the load of a repository workspace in the Eclipse workspace ? My use case
would be not to load in the Eclipse workspace binaries that may be present
in the projects in the Stream.
