Email not triggering from discussion @username
When I try send a message from discussion of RTC eg: @username Email is not triggering. But Email notification working on other actions like (subscriber, owner). From last week I am facing this issue, one week before it was working file.. Do anyone come across this kind of issue? Environment Details: RTC Version - 4.0.5 |

Have you checked to see of "Message @Me - Email me when someone mentions me in a work item" option is selected for the user? Since it worked before, it may not be it, but it's still worth checking.
Note: The option is in 'View User's profile and licenses page' in CCM |
