Create a new workitem template in web client is new in RTC4.0.3 and copy in web can be done earlier than v4.0.3. So you should be able to do both in the web client.

I looked for information about creating work items in the web client in the 4.0.3 knowledge center.  I found a topic about it, but I did not see anything about copying work items.  Don, can you explain more about how to copy work items in the web client?

In the topic I found, there is a link to information about Creating work items from a template in the web client.  The topic for creating work items can be seen at http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_4.0.3/com.ibm.team.workitem.doc/topics/t_creating_work_items_web.html

I could not find the info in the help but the feature is in the workitem(see the menu above):
If the intention is to copy the workitem within the same project area, then the feature is only added in v4.0.4:

I am looking at the information in the 4.0.3 knowledge center for creating work items in the web client, and I found a topic about it.  I did not see anything in the topic about creating work items.  Don Yang, can you explain further how to copy work items in the web client?  However, there is a link at the bottom of the topic to Creating work items from a template in the web client.  The creating work items topic is here:http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_4.0.3/com.ibm.team.workitem.doc/topics/t_creating_work_items_web.html
