RQM Execution Console - unable to cancel

Is there are way to delete all the old records (I have 1100)? we're testing RQM v5 and there's execution records from the migration.
When I try to cancel:

CRJAZ0215E The following record was not found in the database: com.ibm.rqm.execution.common.model.impl.ToolAdapterHandleImpl@518f518f (stateId: null, itemId: [UUID _vC48LDxZEeSPu5czSCwXgA], origin:

I can't cancel the TSER either.

This is a defect, probably related to the migration.  Please open a RQM PMR.
