[closed] Unable to deliver outgoing changes

I have checked-in my changes and they are visible under outgoing, When I right click on changeset my Deliver option is coming as disabled, Why so?

When you mean disabled to you mean it is greyed out?
Could you post a screenshot of the behavior. Have you been able to deliver in the past or deliver other changes currently?
