Error 500: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException when visiting RRDI report from RTC viewlet

Here we import the customized RRDI report to a viewlet of RTC on a dashboard, each time, when we get into this dashboard tab, below error is shown on the viewlet, only after refresh the page, this error dispears, and the RRDI report shows.

could any one help on this? Thanks a lot!

It could be a timeout error see Adjusting ReportNet / Cognos 8 async timeout parameter
Also, check that there are not multiple browser sessions (and/or tabs) connected to Cognos reports.
