Hello Robert,
at point 3, when you "Run all data warehouse collection jobs for all applications", each application has it's own " " page. You are sure that they all the jobs are complete when you see the success message for the Star job (that is the last to be executed). From my tests with JRS so far, I haven't experienced the delay in the data being updated after the data collection that you describe. Best Regards, Francesco Chiossi Comments

@Francesco I have added you as a member to my lab Project Area where you can see the JRS Scope reports on the Reports-Changes Tab of the Project Dashboard. You are added as an ordinary user with a CLM Practitioner license. Let me know if you need more Repo privileges.

Francesco, we are trying to pin this down. An example is that last Wednesday we could not see data we had entered in a WI and yesterday, Monday after returning from vacation, the data was there. Some time in the last 2-3 business days, the RRDI data warehouse updated or JRS reporting became aware of it. I cannot get a cause and effect relationship to occur between changing data in a WI, running Data Connection reports (STAR, Common, etc) in Jazz Admin->Reports web pages and the JRS reports (Widgets or full reports), but the data does show up eventually |
