Suspicion Profiles

I have created a suspicion profile exactly like the video - and if I go and change an associated test case and/or a work item type, then the suspect flag is presented.

However, I wanted the system to flag the Work items and/or the Test Cases as suspect if the linked Requirement changed

The description for suspect seems to indicate that it works both ways, but I've been unable to validate that - under the profile created in RRC, I added the tracking elements to RQM and RTC as part of that but to no avail.

Does it work the other way around or ?????
