Problems with local workspace out of sync

Hi,

How can I bee sure that my local workspace is in sync with my repository workspace? It's fine when I am notified with message Local Projects Are Out Of Sync With your Repository Workspace, but today, I had a situation that I have not been notified about that changes, and refreshing Pending Changes didn't tell me nothing, and a few changes were missing in project. After reloading, everything was fine!
Is there any option to check if my local workspace is in sync with my repository workspace?
These things, without notifying about sync both workspaces, can get us serious problems!
