i want to add item in dropdown on deliverable work item tab in RTc.please tell me how to do this.

need to add one item in drop down on deliverable work item(CAB tab). in RTC2.0 .please tell me the procedure

I am not aware of a CAB tab in the standard product. You should probably get back to the people that manage your process.
Please have a look at

Maybe that helps understanding the area of RTC project administration.
