In the parameters section of creating a report, I try to use queries but it doesn't show up.  What am I doing wrong and how should I correct the issue?

What product are you using? Detailed steps?

I am using the jazz web client.  I tried to use the queries created from scratch but nothing doesn't show up.  Is the queries in the reports based on the data in the server or the queries.
