Modify Link using OSLC LYO in DNG

Hi,
I have a requirement where I want to change the artifact Link between two artifacts using OSLC LYO, which can reside between two artifacts of the same module, or of two different modules.

I want to know if it is possible, as I find no solution present over the internet. Could anybody please guide me on the same?
