Under the Source_Control/Components folder for a given project area are listed all of the components that:
- are visible to you, and that
- are owned by that project area or by a team area of that project area.
Under the My_Repository_Workspaces/Components folder, are listed all of the components that are owned by you.
By changing the owner of a given component, you can cause it to be "moved" to another Components folder.

If you have one in a repository workspace that this not shown in the public list, that means it is private to that workspace's owner. You can see this by opening the component and look at its owner field.
you cannot delete components once created, and they are project wide. you can only hide them by making them owned by a specific user.
