[closed] Take 1 day to laod data (RTC + Insight)

Hello,

I have a problem, I integrating between RTC and Insight. RTC is to fill Workitem tempalate and Insight to display data RTC. The problem is every time i insert data in workitem , rational insight take 1 day to display all the new data that already updated in RTC.

Can anyone help?
