Managing email notification count
Hi,
We have configured email address clm@atos.net for receiving email on workitem changes in RTC project area. We want to have report which will show us number or count of email sent by this email address per day. Could you please assist us can we get this information from our tool by generating report in rational Insight or in BIRT. Also is there is way that administrator of project area can manage or reduce amount of emails generated and sent to the different user profiles. Thanks and regards, Suyash |

Regarding reporting, I am not sure we would store that information in the database since it goes through SMTP.
The administrator cannot reduce the amount of emails generated or sent to user profiles, however, each user can update their own mail configuration preferences in their user profile. |
