Running report from RTC for particular project

Hello Team

We have Rational Insight 1.1.1.3 and RTC 4.0.6 hosted on two different servers and they are having integration between them. We have created some reports in the Rational Insight.

We have imported some of those reports in some project areas in Rational Team Concert 4.0.6 for eg. say ABC.
Now if we run that imported report in RTC from ABC project area , its showing all project areas even though we are running report from ABC project.

So we have query like if " Is it possible that report should show data of only that particular project area means " ABC " if we are running report from it ? "

Please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

What is probably happening is that the report without any changes by you is written to run against all project areas. You must modify the report using the Insight Reporting editing tools to specifically run against project area ABC.

By a corrolary:  Does this mean that the reporting security is not enabled in Insight as it is in RRDI ?( I know there's a package one can put in RRDI w/o security )  We haven't arrived at Insight yet in our environment.

Hello Rosa
Thanks for your suggestion. I am new to report development.

Thanks in advance.

The Cognos reports when run from within RTC will produce the same output as if they were run from RRDI or Insight. Currently it is not possible to pass any context information from RTC to Cognos except for the logged in user.
