Jazz.net: I can't enter a defect nor comment existing ones in Jazz.net

The issue is no permissions, same as in https://jazz.net/forum/questions/111491/jazznet-i-cant-enter-a-defect-in-jazznet

We have added assign license to your id which was missing. You should be all set.

Did you recently link your Jazz.net ID with the IBM ID? I have herd some users experience problems. Please mention the fact in the work item in case you open one.

Tried to open a request there, but, encountered the same issue. No license.

My Jazz id is very old. Maybe, the first Jazz members were not assigned licenses automatically.
