Changing States Names on Test Case Result Weight Distribution

I'm using RQM 4.0.4.  There's an Execution State 'Permfailed' name I like to change to be easier on users, to distinguish from Failed.  I can edit this name through Manage Project Properties > Execution States and the new state name shows up with Test Case Results.  However I would like to change all references to this state Permfailed. One example is on the Weight Distribution Page.  Is there a way I could change this name on the Weight Distribution Page as well?
