Could we add subscriber function in RQM?

 .Hi, Someone who may concern,

    We are working on 6.0.4.
Could we add subscriber function in RQM?
Its usage is similar to subscribing users in RTC.  The benefit is to streamline the communication to save time:

  1. Testers, who are not owners of the tests (we share our tests with other teams), will automatically get notified for changes once the test owners update the tests
  2. If the tests are accidentally modified, the test owner will know to follow up

   Thanks!

Best Regards,
Jane
