What all permissions needed for a user to review Testplan Approve/reject and add comments.

I created a role to for test plan Approve/reject and adding comments. I gave the following permissions
Save Formal review --> edit
Save Test plan --> Trigger a workflow --> Approve and Reject.

with these i don't see the Test plan formal review in editing state for the user with this role.
Do I need any other permissions to achieve this?

Any suggestions

 Hi Aprana,
From my testing result, you also need to grant the role permissions below:
Save Test Plan > Edite
Save Work Item > Modify the work item > Modify the work item's approvals / Setting up work item approvals

I don't want the user to edit any other fields in the Test plan, but with these permission trigger adding Test suites, editing Summary etc.
    Please help me with the set of permissions required for Approval/reject and adding comments for test plan.
