Is their any way we can add bulk Test Cases to a Test plan in one shot ?

Hi Sameer,
Yes you can add bulk test cases all at one into a test plan manually.
Follow the below steps,
1) Select the Test Cases section under Test plan.
2) Click on the "Add Test Case" option.
3) On the selection menu bar, there is an option called "select all items on all pages". Click the option.
4) Click on Add and Close option.
