Whe I tried open Reports->Quick Report show me this error:
Quick Report Error

Someone have any idea it means?

Quickreports requires an additional license to be used, and it doesn't appear that one is hosted on your license server.  Either verify that the license is loaded or talk to your sales rep to get one.
