Hi, Which version of Design Manager are you using? What is your topology? Which Database and application server you are using? What is the OS of the server and the client? Is this happening on with other users or with other web browser? Did you amend/modify the error? I see different URIs: https://servername/vvc and https://server/vvc, ...? Are I would recommend to contact the Design Manager support team so they can investigate further with the full jts, vvc and dm logs. François

Hi Francois, Design Manager: 4.0.6 Database: DB2 application server: WAS 8.5.0.2 OS in server : Windows Server 2008 R2 yes other users and other web browsers yes i just renamed the actual server name with servername Thanks.

The error was "Query has not returned expected single value" and the query was https://servername/vvc/changesets/query?changesetConfiguration=https%3A%2F%2Frb-ubk-clm-10.de.bosch.com%2Fvvc%2Fconfigurations%2F68 May be you can try to access the URL directly and see what gets returned?
