Is there any way to deploy a theme to multiple services on multiple repositories?  We manage 12 separate repositories, with CCM, QM, and RRC on most.  Adding and updating custom login page text is a bit painful.

I would recommend opening up an enhancement request for this feature since OOB there is no way to mass deploy the themes.
