Why can't I populate an RQM widget to see Execution Status by Owner using TCER Count (Live) I get permission denied RQM 4.0.6

RQM 4.0.6 Developer has CCM Developer License. RQM project read access for everyone. Developers are added to Project with everyone role. Able to open test cases and plans for review and comment. Unable to add any RQM widget to their dashboards to see status. All widgets return Permission Denied???

Hi Wendy,

Please make sure that users have permission to "Display Report".
