Unable to browse to /jts/setup page

I have been stuck on trying to navigate to /jts/setup page. Currently, I am receiving the error below:

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /jts/setup has not been defined.


SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle <servername>:9443 has not been defined.


IBM WebSphere Application Server

I found this link and was trying to use it for my WebSphere v7 install but there is no node selection under System Administration. Can someone assist with this issue?

Hello Eric and thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate System Administration > Nodes in the administrative console navigation tree. Nodes is missing as a selection for me and I am using WebSphere v7. Is there another location to sync the nodes?
