associate an .xml file to an QM Project

Hi all

I have an XML file on my hard drive ,which i want to upload to a specific project (or project area ?) in Quality Management IBM CLM module

How can i do this from the web interface, and possible using REST APIS or C# ?

You can import test case/plan/script XML files in the RQM UI or use the RQM Reportable REST API.
