RQMCopyUtility when used with specific TestPlan ID did not copy all dependent artifacts

Wondering if this is a known issue with using the RQMCopyUtility with an artifact type of test plan and a specific test plan ID
Whilst it worked, it did not create the associated test case execution records or test results which obviously leaves a huge gap and if I try and pull just the test execution results, I'm expecting that it would re-create all the tests cases, scripts and plans associated with it.

The copy was from a CLM 502 to a destination server of ELM 7.0.2

In some cases my projects are huge so doing a straight copy and letting everything go at once, is not optimum as the vpn connectivity maxes out at 14 hours and I know from a pre-test that the vpn timed out before the copy had completed.
