Archived interactions are been shown on Create Workitem from template (RTC WEB).

RTC 4.0.2.

Browsers: Chrome 35.0.1916.153 m / Firefox 24.6.0

On RTC Client they are not presented...

it is not clear what is Archived Interactions here.  If it is archived category showing in the Workitem creation from template(Web only),  then it is a known defect fixed in 4.0.3:

Otherwise, please provide more info on what is archived interactions.
