Is there any way we can link RTC development links to a Test Suite

I know RQM provides an option to link RTC work items (Development Items) at Test Case level

However, there are times when we can have 30+ Test Cases for 1 defect; we want to create a Test Suite and link to RTC through the Test Suite.

We are not satisfied with linking them at the Test Case level as this will create extra work for us.

Is there a way to link them – and keep them linked at the Test Suite level?

(I am aware of creating a quality task, but this is only reflected at Test Suite level, I am looking for something like, if I link a development Item at Test Suite level, it will be inherited automatically to all Test Cases in it)
