Rational OSLC Adapter with HP Quality Center

 We're looking to implement the Rational OSLC Adapter to integrate requirements and defects between Rational and QC.  We have a few questions before we do so:

1. Will the adapter work with HPQC version 12?
2. If a defect is created within HPQC, is a work item automatically created within RTC?

We're currently using Rational 4.0.3.

According to our compatibility matrix, HP ALM 11.5 is the latest supported release:

I don't believe automatic creation of workitems in RTC is supported.  Check out this youtube video for an example process you could implement:
