Change Initial Values For Artifact from None to Custom Template

Daniel Gilio (102124) | asked Jun 25 '14, 11:56 a.m.
I have created a Artifact Template in RRC. However, when I create a new Artifact, the Initial Values for Artifact is always set to None. Is there a way to have the Initial Values set to the custom Template I have created by default (or better yet, remove None as an option)?

Please advise.

That's definitely not my experience. Once I use a template to create an artifact, the next time I create an artifact of the same type, the template will be populated automatically. I check with RRC 4.0.6 in Firefox and Chrome.

My result is the same as Donald's.

When you created the artifact, did you make sure to select the template?
If so, then we'd need more information on your situation:
- What version of RRC are you using?
- Which browser
- What artifact type
- What kind of attributes and attribute data types
- Steps you used to reproduce the problem.
