Single Value to Multiple Value Attributes - Migration from RRC 2.x to 3.x

I have existing Artifact Attribute Values with Single Value data type migrated from version 2.x to 3.x. As i can see, we cannot edit or change the migrated Single Value attributes to Multiple Value type in 3.x. Is there a solutions for users like us who have migrated from 2.x to 3.x to change the Single Value to Multiple Value attribute?
