Hi,

Does anyone know how to manipulate the formatting and content of email sent to a user from RRC each time a new comments requires his/her attention is added? Currently the email the users are getting doesn't have neither context not link to the actual artifact. Basically it is useless.

Unfortunately there is not a way to customize these messages. What version of RM are you using? We did have a known defect in which the link and the artifact name were not showing up in the email.

RRC Comment email does not have a link back to original artifact nor the artifact name (69003)

If upgrading the version isn't an option then you could contact support to have a patch generated.
