Cloning Dashbard Tab

Is it possible to clone a dashboard tab? For example we have a tab layout for each sprint and it seems tedious to manually recreate the tab for each sprint.

This feature will be available in RTC 2.0 (or any product with dashboard from Jazz Foundation 1.0) in the form of copy & paste support. You will be able to copy & paste viewlets or tabs, however it is based on a relatively new browser feature (global storage) so this will not be supported in all browsers. (I know that it is supported in both IE8 and FF3).
