Link Display issues with DoorsNG Streams and RTC Work Item Links

We have enabled Global Configuration, and setup components and streams.  However, we are experiencing some issues with displaying of the links to items in RTC that use either Tracked By, Implemented By or Affected By.

So in our Stream, we have connected an artifact to a work item in RTC - the link type initially displays and is saved with the artifact.  We can click the link and be taken to RTC.

However, when we switch streams to work elsewhere and then go back to the original stream, the link to the rtc work item is no longer displaying in the artifact or the view.

If we return to RTC we can still see the link back to the doors NG artifact.

This is expected behavior.   See: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/246149

is it every likely to change as that seems to out of sorts - what is the point of being able to version an artifact, if you can't associate testing with it or raise a defect against it during testing.

Is there as way around this ...

RTC can't even see the individual streams to be able to link directly to version'd artifact ??

If you don't want this "back-link filtering" behavior, do not associate any of your RTC Release objects with a global configuration.   Then you should see all of the back-links to RTC work items from your DNG and RQM artifacts.
